History

The Company developed the analogue of western controllers with peculiar features of Russian market.

By now "Tornado Modular Systems" has developed 4 lines of industrial controllers and more than 30 gadgets (power supplies, industrial interface modules, switches, e.t.c.).

The main controller lines developed and manufactured by the Company are the following:
MIC (Modular Intellectual Controller) - controllers for small systems with dozens of signals.
MIF (Module of Intellectual Function) - controllers for big systems with thousands of signals, with duplex CAN-bus, ability to make a controller module hot-swap without having the system stopped.
MIRage-F and MIRage-N - two distributed I/O module lines (F - with duplex RS 485 and N - with duplex Ethernet; Ethernet modules are flexible to work with any controlling device, with PC-compatible devices; and F line works with MIRage-CPU contdolling device especially designed by "Tornado Modular Systems").  

MIRage-N is the last development, it gives a possibility to design large complicated systems. Use of MIRage-N line substantially reduces the DCS price in  comparison with big systems developed with use of other solutions. MIRage is a cross element so the system constructor can economize on having no cabintes with industrial interface modules and wires. MIRage is actually an industrial interface module combined with I/O, intellectual industrial interface module. Signals go directly into WAGO clips on modules. It is possible to distribute the loading of controller devices in systems based on MIRage modules, it also gives possibility to have several controlling devices, e.t.c.
 
"Tornado Modular Systems" is a system integrator of it's own developments. Now the company is looking for partners-system integrators in Russia and other countries.

The company has a great experience of providing a complex of services: we have experience of development the major projects in industry. "Tornado Modular Systems" acts as a prime contractor and holds all responsibility for successfull project realization on all stages starting from development to after-sales support.
 
Our main field is Industrial automatization of heat and power engineering plants. It's possible to use MIRage for any kind of automatization, use of this line becomes really beneficial if the system has more than 300 signals.
